Murphy's Law

Accidents can and will happen. Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. In the fire service, this is commonly referred to as "Murphy's Law". The videos in this section of the site will be a collaboration of accidents, situations gone wrong, or flat out goofy behavior as a shining example that a firefighter needs to be prepared for anything.

Please keep in mind that these videos may depict firefighters being seriously injured or killed, and that FireWiki is not trying to glorify what may have happened. These can be very useful lessons to recruits and experienced firefighters both, and they are being shown here in an attempt to avoid having the same tragedy occur ever again.
